CREDENTIALING REQUESTS

Former students seeking to practice in another country can submit a credentialing request.  A credentialing request is made when a former student requires documentation for a Credentialing Organization to verify the education received relevant to the country/state specific requirements of which they intend to practice.

FEES:

  • Simple requests (single form, confirmation of enrolment): $150 CDN
  • Complex requests (multiple forms, requirements to pull records to fulfill the request): $350 – $600 CDN
  • Complex request, plus curriculum mapping (multiple forms, requirement to pull records, and mapping the curriculum to another country’s professional standards): $4,500 – $7,000 CDN

PAYMENT:

  • McMaster University will send the applicant an invoice. The credentialing request will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
